Customize quotation and sales order salutations and closings

You can customize your quotation salutations and closings and your sales order closings.

To customize quotation and sales order saluta- tions and closings

  1. Open the Sales (CSSALE) page.

    • Select Utilities > Company Setup > Module Setup > Sales.

    Or

    • Search for CSSALE in the Navigation box and then select Sales.

    The Sales (CSSALE) page appears.

  2. Make the necessary changes in the Closings tab.

  3. On the Toolbar, click the Save.

    A message, ‘Sales configuration have been modified. Screen will auto refresh in 60 seconds. Do not Refresh’ appears.
