Add an enhanced fixed price list
Use this Customer Contracts (CONTPR) page to create a enhanced fixed price list for a specific part or list of parts for a particular customer. When you add a quotation or sales order, you can select the enhanced fixed price list to use.
To add a customer contract

Open the Customer Contracts (CONTPR) page.
- Select Utilities > Company Setup > Sales > Customer Contracts.
Or

Search for CONTPR or Customer Contracts in the Navigation box and then select Customer Contracts.
The Customer Contracts (CONTPR) page appears.

On the Toolbar, click New. This allows you to add a customer contract from scratch.
Here, all the fields are blank except for the Contract Effective Date. It displays the system date but you can modify it.

Set up the price schedule.

In the Description field, type a description of the enhanced fixed price list.

Enter the Distributor name or Customer Number *in the respective fields.
Or
Click the Distributor or Customer Number lookup reference.

The Lookup For Distributor window and the Lookup For Customer Number window appears.
- *Select the row that contains the required distributor or customer, and click Select.
Or, double-click the row that contains the required distributor or customer. Click* Cancel to exit from the window.
The Distributor*,* Customer Number*, and the* Currency fields are automatically filled.
Aptean recommends leaving the currency defined as the default for the multi-currency customer selected.

The Contract Effective Date is the system date and is entered by default. To modify the date, type a date in this field.
Or, click the icon at the end of the Contract Effective Date field to display the Calendar. Select the required date.

In the Contract Expiry Date field type the required date.
Or, click the icon at the end of the Contract Expiry Date field to display the Calendar. Select the required date.

In the Entered By field, enter your initials.

On the Toolbar, click Save to continue.
