Print sales tax on quotations

You can print the estimated sales tax on quotations to enable your potential customers to view the taxes assessed in addition to the item costs.

To print sales tax on quotations

  1. Open the Sales (CSSALE) page.

    a. Select Utilities > Company Setup > Module Setup > Sales.

    Or

    b. Search for CSSALE in the Navigation box and then select Sales.

    The Sales (CSSALE) page appears.

  2. Click the Miscellaneous tab.

  3. In the Printing Options section:

    • Select the Print Tax On Quote checkbox to print the sales tax on quotations, or clear the Print Tax On Quote checkbox to avoid printing the sales tax on quotations.

    • Select the Include Totals On Quote checkbox to include the totals on quotations, or clear the Include Totals On Quote check box to exclude the totals on quotations. This setting will be updated as the default setting for all quote creation.

  4. On the Toolbar, click Save.
