Change or remove items in a quotation

A quotation estimates the price of goods you can produce and deliver. You can change or remove items in a quotation if you have not created a sales order from it yet.

To change or remove an item

1. Open the quotation.

2. Click the Items tab.

3. To change an item:

   1. In the grid, select the required item.

   2. Make your changes.

   3. On the Toolbar, click Save to save the changes.

4. To remove an item:

   1. In the grid, select the required item.

   2. Click Delete icon under the Action column.

      A message, ‘Are you sure you would like to delete this record?’

      appears.

   3. Click OK to confirm.

      Click Cancel to retain the item.
