Specify the return material defaults

Use the Sales (CSSALE) page to specify the return material defaults.

To specify Return Material (RMA) Defaults

  1. Open the Sales (CSSALE) page.
  2. Click the Miscellaneous tab.
  3. In the Returned Material (RMA) Defaults area, select the Inspect Items checkbox to send all items for inspection.
  4. On the toolbar, click Save.
