Change progress billing information
During the billing cycle, there is a point at which you can’t change progress billing information. For example, you can’t change progress billing information for outstanding invoices that still need to be sent to the customer.
To change progress billing information:

Open the Sales Orders (SO) page.
a. Select Sales Management > Sales Transactions > Sales Orders.
Or
b. Search for SO or Sales Orders in the Navigation box and then select Sales Orders.
The Sales Orders (SO) page appears.

Click the Items tab and open the item.

If it is a multi-release item, select Multi-Release checkbox.
The Sales Order Releases is available.

On Sales Order page, click the ellipsis under the Action column.

Select Grid Actions > Sales Order Releases.
The Sales Order Releases (SORELS) window appears.

In the Item Number column, click the required item number hyperlink to open.

Click the Progress Billing Type dropdown and make the necessary change.

Click Save to keep your changes.
Click Cancel to discard the changes.
