Work with sales orders
Use the Sales Orders (SO) page to work with sales orders.
The Sales Orders page contains six tabs:
- Customer Info: Use this tab to specify customer-related information such as the customer PO number, address, primary contact, payment terms, and due dates.
- Financial Info: Use this tab to specify financial information such as the payment type, currency, deposit, terms, discount, and credit limit.
- Shipping/Billing Address: Use this tab to set billing and shipping information for the customer.
- Additional Info: Use this tab to enter customer notes and closing comments.
- Items: Use this tab to specify the items you are selling to the customer.
- User Defined: Use this tab to record information that does not fit in other sections.
