Add fixed price schedule
You can create a fixed price schedule for a particular part and sales code. Sales codes group price schedules. When you add a quotation or sales order, you can select from the price schedules for a particular sales code. A fixed price schedule lists up to nine fixed prices for the item.
A variable price schedule adjusts a price by the volume or dollars sold.
To add fixed price schedule

Open the Fixed Price Schedules (PRSCF) page.
a. Select Utilities > Company Setup > Sales > Fixed Price Schedules.
Or
b. Search for PRSCF or Fixed Price Schedules in the Navigation box and then select Fixed Price Schedules.
The Fixed Price Schedules (PRSCF) page appears.

On the Toolbar, click New.
Or click Copy to base this schedule on the existing record.

In the Sales Code dropdown, select the sales code.

In the Facility droddown, select the facility.

In the Part Number dropdown, enter the part number.
Or
Click the Part Number lookup reference.
The Lookup For Part Number window appears.

Select the row that contains the required part number, and click Select.

Double-click the row that contains the required part number.

In the Rev box, enter the revision.

In each code field, Code 1 through Code 9, enter the price for that code.
Or
Click the calculator icon to display the Calculator. Enter the required value.
Note: If the Selling U/M is different from the Inventory U/M, the user must select the appropriate Selling U/M along with its corresponding Packaging U/M and enter the prices in the fields specific to the Selling U/M.
- On the Toolbar, click Save. The price schedule is saved.
