Maintain prospects or customers

Before creating a quotation or a sales order in Made2Manage, enter your prospects and customer details into the system. Made2Manage remembers their financial information, sold-to and ship-to addresses, and contact information. You can also keep a list of to-do items for them and track your activity with them.

To maintain prospects and customers

  1. Add prospects or customer to Made2Manage

  2. Set financial information for the prospect or customer

  3. Set sold-to and ship-to addresses for the prospect or customer

  4. Set contact information for the prospect or customer

  5. Print reports about salespeople, customers or prospects
