Change or remove parts on enhanced fixed price list

You can create an enhanced fixed price list for a part or list of parts for a particular customer. You can change or remove parts on an enhanced fixed price list before you add a quotation or sales order based on the enhanced fixed price list.

To change or remove parts on enhanced fixed price list

  1. Open the Customer Contracts (CONTPR) page.

    a. Select Utilities > Company Setup > Sales > Customer Contracts.

    Or

    b. Search for CONTPR or Customer Contracts in the Navigation box and then select Customer Contracts.

    The Customer Contracts (CONTPR) page appears.

  2. Click Browse.

    The Browse For Customer Contracts window appears.

  3. Select the desired row and click Select. Or double-click the enhanced fixed price list.

    Click Cancel to exit from the Browse For Customer Contracts window.

  4. To change the enhanced fixed price list:

    a. Make your changes.

    b. Click the Save to keep the changes.

    Or click the Cancel to discard the changes.

  5. To remove the enhanced fixed price list:

    a. Click Delete.

    A message, Preparing to delete this information. Are you sure? appears.

    b. Click the OK to confirm.

    Or click Cancel to retain the sales order.
