View a machine's preventative-maintenance schedule

You can view the preventative maintenance schedule for one or more machines.

To view a machine’s preventative maintenance schedule

  1. Open the Preventative Maintenance (PMSHED) page.

    • Select Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Field Service > Preventative Maintenance.

      Or

    • Search for PMSHED in the Navigation box and then select Preventative Maintenance.
      The Preventative Maintenance (PMSHED) page appears.

  2. Click Browse on the Ribbon.


    The Browse For Preventative Maintenance window appears.

  3. Select a row and click Select. Or double-click the preventative maintenance schedule to view.

    Click Cancel to exit from Browse For Preventative Maintenance window.

  4. Close the window after you examine the information.
