You can change or remove a tool.

To change or remove a tool

  1. Open the Tools (Non-Inventory Parts) (TOOLFS) page.

    1. Select Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Field Service > Tools (Non-Inventory Parts).

      Or

    2. Search for TOOLFS in the Navigation box and then select Tools (Non-Inventory Parts).
      The Tools (Non-Inventory Parts) (TOOLFS) page appears.

  2. Click Browse on the Toolbar.


    The Browse For Tools (Non-Inventory Parts) window appears.

  3. Highlight a row and click Select.

    Or double-click the tool to change or remove.

    Click Cancel to exit from Browse For Tools (Non-Inventory Parts) window.

  4. To change a tool:

    1. Make your changes.
    2. Click Save on the Toolbar.
  5. To remove a tool:

    1. Click Delete on the Toolbar. A message, Preparing to delete this information. Are you sure? appears.

    2. Click the OK to confirm the removal. Click Cancel to retain the value.
