Change or remove a scheduled preventative-maintenance task for more than one machine

You can view, modify, and remove preventative maintenance tasks on the Preventative Maintenance window.

To change or remove a scheduled preventative maintenance task for more than one machine

  1. Open the Preventative Maintenance (PMSHED) page.

    1. Select Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Field Service > Preventative Maintenance.

      Or

    2. Search for PMSHED in the Navigation box and then select Preventative Maintenance.
      The Preventative Maintenance (PMSHED) page appears.

  2. Click Browse on the Toolbar.


    The Browse For Preventative Maintenance window appears.

  3. Highlight a row and click Select.

    Or double-click the preventative maintenance schedule to change or remove. Click Cancel to exit Browse For Preventative Maintenance window.

  4. To change a scheduled preventative maintenance task:

    1. Make your changes.
    2. Click Save on the Toolbar.
  5. To remove a scheduled preventative maintenance task:

    1. Click Delete on the Toolbar. A message, Preparing to delete this information. Are you sure? appears.

    2. Click OK to confirm.

      Click Cancel to retain the value.
