Change or remove a machine

You can change a machine’s information at any time. You can delete a machine as long as there are no associated components such as history configuration records.

To change or remove a machine

  1. Open the Machine (MACHSER) page.

    1. Select Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Field Service > Machine.

      Or

    2. Search for MACHSER or Machine in the Navigation box and then select Machine.
      The Machine(MACHSER) page appears.

  2. Click Browse on the Toolbar.


    The Browse For Machine window appears.

  3. Highlight a row and click Select.

    Or double click the machine to change or remove.

    Click Cancel to exit from Browse For Machine window.

  4. To change a machine:

    1. Make your changes.
    2. Click Save on the Toolbar.
  5. To remove a machine:

    1. Click Delete on the Toolbar. A message, Preparing to delete this information. Are you sure? appears.

    2. Click OK to confirm.

      Click Cancel to retain the value.
