Add inspection code

Inspection codes specify a company’s inspection criteria. For example, an inspection code may show whether to rework or scrap an item. You need to define inspection codes for Made2Manage.

To add inspection code

1. Open the Inspection Codes (ICOD) page.

   1. Select Utilities > Company Setup > Production > Inspection Codes.

   Or

   2. Search for ICOD or Inspection Codes in the Navigation box and then select Inspection Codes.

   Inspection Codes (ICOD) page appears.

2. On the Toolbar, click New.

   Or, on the Toolbar, click Copy to base the inspection code on the existing data displayed on the page.

3. In the Inspection Code box, enter an inspection code.

4. In the Description box, enter a description of the inspection code.

5. On the Toolbar, click Save.
