View a technician's schedule
Use this page to view open service orders to which a technician is currently assigned.
To view a technician’s schedule

Open the Technician Scheduling (TECHSCH) page.

Select Customer Relationship Management > CRM Transactions > Field Service > Technician Scheduling.
Or

Search for TECHSCH or Technician Scheduling in the Navigation box and then select Technician Scheduling.
The Technician Scheduling (TECHSCH) page appears.

Select the information to view:

Click the Technician Lookup Reference. The Lookup For Technician window appears.

Select the row that contains the required technician, and click Select. Or double-click the row that contains the required technician.
Click Cancel to exit from the Lookup For Technician window.

Click the Service Order Lookup Reference.
The Lookup For Service Order window appears.

Select the row that contains the required service order, and click Select. Or double-click the row that contains the required service order.
Click Cancel to exit from the Lookup For Service Order window.

In the Site Location area, click City, State, or Country to filter site location by city, state, or country, then click the Site Location Lookup Reference.
The Lookup For window appears.

Select the row that contains the required facility, and click Select. Or double-click the row that contains the required facility.
Click Cancel to exit from the Lookup For window.

In the Service Date From and Service Date To fields, type the range of dates for the schedule you want to view.
Or, click the icon at the end of the Service Date From and Service Date To fields to display the calendar. Select the required date.

Click Apply Filter.
