Change or remove a technician

You can also change or remove information about a technician.

To change or remove a technician

  1. Open the Technicians (TECH) page.

    1. Select Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Field Service > Technicians.

      Or

    2. Search for TECH in the Navigation box and then select Technicians.
      The Technicians (TECH) page appears.

  2. Click Browse on the Toolbar.


The Browse For Technicians window appears.

  1. Highlight a row and click Select.

    Or double-click the technician whose information you want to change. Click Cancel to exit from Browse For Technicians window.

  2. To change a technician:

    1. Make your changes.
    2. Click Save on the Toolbar.
  3. To remove a technician:

    1. Click Delete on the Toolbar.
      A message, Preparing to delete this information. Are you sure? appears.

    2. Click OK to confirm the removal. Click Cancel to retain the value.
