Change job order status to completed
You can manually change a job order operation’s status to completed in order to schedule it for the next operation.
To change job order operation’s status to completed

Open the Modify Job Schedule/Status (JOSCHD) page.

Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Shop Floor > Modify Job Schedule/Status.
Or

Search for JOSCHD or Modify Job Schedule/Status in the Navigation box and then select Modify Job Schedule/Status.
The Modify Job Schedule/Status (JOSCHD) page appears.

Prepare to make your changes to the job order:

On the toolbar, click Browse.
The Browse For Modify Job Schedule/Status window appears.

Select the row that contains the required job order, and click Select.
Or double-click the row that contains the required job order.
Click Cancel to exit from the Browse For Modify Job Schedule/Status window.

In the grid, select the operation you want to complete.

Make the necessary changes.

In the Quantity Completed box, enter the quantity of items to complete as listed in the Quantity To Go field.
Or click the Calculator icon to display the calculator. Enter the required value.
The Quantity To Go field now displays 0 (zero).

On the toolbar, click Save.
