Viewing Multi-dimensional part information (R1-NA)

To view a multi dimensional inventory part

  1. Open the Item Master (INV) page.

    • Select Production Management > Master Data > Item Master.

    Or

    • Search for INV or Item Master in the Navigation box and then select Item Master.

      The Item Master (INV) page appears.

  2. Click the Browse .

    The Browse For Item Master window appears.

  3. Select a row and click Select. Or double click to select the record.

    Click Cancel to exit from this window.

  4. Click the Costs tab.

  5. Make the necessary changes.

  6. The Loaned to Mfg field is Read only. You can view the quantity loaned to manufacturing for a job.

  7. The Partials On Hand field is Read-only. You can view the partial pieces that are available for use on a job.

    This field only displays if it is an MDI part and the inventory unit of measure is not scalar.

  8. View the total number of MDI pieces on hand in the Pieces On Hand field.
