Add, change, or remove bitmapped drawings or other images for a job order

A job order authorizes and outlines the production of an item. You can add, change, or remove a bitmapped drawing or other image from a job order at any time.

To add, change, or remove an image for a job order

1. Open the Job Orders (JO) page.

   • Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Shop Floor > Job Orders.

   Or

   • Search for JO or Job Orders in the Navigation box and then select Job Orders.

     The Job Orders (JO) page appears.

2. Click Browse on the Toolbar.

   The Browse For Job Orders window appears.

3. Select a row and click Select. Or, double-click the job order to use.

   Click Cancel to exit from the Browse For Job Orders window.

4. Click the CAD Images tab.

5. To add or modify a bitmapped drawing or other image:

   1. Click the lookup reference at the end of the CAD Images.

   2. The Browse Shared Files window appears where you can select the image file.

   3. Click Open to modify the image for which you need a CAD application defined in the system.

6. To remove the drawing:

   1. Hover over the image in the CAD Images field.

   2. Click theDelete icon.

7. Click Save on the Toolbar to keep your changes.
