Adjust quantity you complete at operation

You can change the quantity you complete at an operation until the job order is closed.

To adjust quantity you complete at operation

1. Open the Modify Job Schedule/Status (JOSCHD) page.

   • Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Shop Floor > Modify Job Schedule/Status.

     Or

   • Search for JOSCHD or Modify Job Schedule/Status in the Navigation box and then select Modify Job Schedule/Status.

     The Modify Job Schedule/Status (JOSCHD) page appears.

2. Prepare to make your changes to the job order:

   • On the toolbar, click Browse.

     The Browse For Modify Job Schedule/Status window appears.

   • Select the row that contains the required job order, and click Select. Or, double-click the row that contains the required job order.

     Click Cancel to exit from the Browse For Modify Job Schedule/Status window.

   • In the grid, select the operation that contains the quantity you want to change.

   • Make the necessary changes.

3. In the Quantity Completed box, enter the correct number of items completed.

   Or click the icon at the end of the Quantity Completed box to display the calculator. Enter the required value.

4. In the Quantity To Go box, enter the remaining number of items left to complete.

   Or click the icon at the end of the Quantity To Go box to display the calculator. Enter the required value.

5. On the toolbar, click Save.
