Generate order backlog graph

Use the sales orderbacklog window to generate a graph that gives an overview of your backlog for the range of dates you select.

To generate order backlog graph

  1. Open the Order Backlog (GROB) page.

    1. Select Executive Information System > EIS Graphs > Order Backlog.

    Or

    1. Search for GROB in the Navigation box and then select Order Backlog.

    The Order Backlog (GROB) page appears.

  2. In the Data section of the Selection Criteria tab, select the value for By field based on whether to show the backlog for a product class, for a part number, or for all sales orders.

  3. In the Filter dropdown, select the status value.

  4. In the Date Information section, select from the range of dates the Start Date and End Date.

  5. In the Date Range area, select the from the options the date from which you want to generate the graph.

  6. Click the Graph tab to view the graph. For more information on the options available in Graph tab, see to generate graph for reports.
