View field kits

You can view any kits that were installed or are scheduled to be installed on this machine.

To view field kits used on a machine

  1. Open the Machine (MACHSER) page.

    Navigate Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Field Service > Machine.

    Or

    Search for MACHSER in the Navigation box and then select Machine.

    The Machine (MACHSER) page appears.

  2. On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

  3. Select More Actions > Actions > Field Kit.

    The Field Kits window appears where you can examine the information.
