Change or remove field-service kits

As long as a field-service kit has not been installed on all requested machines, you can change the necessary information. You can only delete a field-service kit if its status is New.

To change or remove field-service kits

  1. Open the Field Kit (KITTBL) page.

    Navigate Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Field Service > Field Kit.

    Or

    Search for KITTBL in the Navigation box and then select Field Kit.

    The Field Kit (KITTBL) page appears.

  2. Click Browse on the Toolbar.

    The Browse For Field Kit window appears.

  3. Highlight a row and click Select.

    Or double-click the field-service kit to change or remove.

    Click Cancel to exit from Browse For Field Kit window.

  4. To change a field-service kit:

    1. Make your changes.

    2. On the Toolbar, click Save .

  5. To remove a field-service kit:

    1. Click Delete on the Toolbar.

      A message, “Preparing to delete this information. Are you sure?” appears.

    2. Click OK.

      Click Cancel to retain the value.
