Add preventative maintenance items

You can review and add any of the preventative maintenance items on this window to the current service order. The preventative maintenance items are those items that have been assigned to the machine.

To add preventative maintenance items to a service order

1. Open the Field Service Control (FSORD) page.

   1. Select Customer Relationship Management > CRM Transactions > Field Service> Field Service Control.

   Or

   2. Search for FSORD or Field Service Control in the Navigation box and then select Field Service Control.

   The Field Service Control (FSORD) page appears.

2. Click the Parts Information tab.

3. On the child toolbar, click Copy.

4. Select the Check PM Schedule option from the list.

   The Copying Check PM Schedule window appears.

5. Select the required row and click Finish.

   If there are multiple entries, then click Next.

   Click Back to view the previous value.

   Click Cancel to exit from Copying Check PM Schedule window.

Next you can print a service order.
