Article • 4/27/2026 • 3 min read

The Part Where Used [PAWU] page provides a comprehensive view of where a specific component or part is used across Quotes, Sales Orders, Job Orders, and Standard Bills of Material (BOMs) within the system.

This feature helps users trace the impact of a component across all parent parts and documents that reference it, ensuring visibility before changes are made to design, cost, or revision data.

  2. Enter or select the Part Number from the lookup.
  3. (Optional) Specify the Due Date From and Due Date To fields to limit the search range.

    • Exclude Closed and Cancelled Sales Orders
    • Exclude Ordered, Closed, and Cancelled Quotes
    • Exclude Completed, Closed, and Cancelled Job Orders
