View field kits used on a machine

You can view any kits that were installed or are scheduled to be installed on this machine.

To view field kits used on a machine

  1. Open the Machine (MACHSER) page.

    1. Select Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Field Service > Machine.

      Or

    2. Search for MACHSER in the Navigation box and then select Machine.
      The Machine (MACHSER) page appears.

  2. On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

  3. Select More Actions > Actions > Field Kit.
    The Field Kits window appears.

  4. Close the window after you examine the information.
