Change customer activity notes

After you view a summary of customer activity and you see that you need to change notes for a specific event, you can change the necessary notes for one or more events.

To change customer activity notes

  1. Open the Customer Summary (FSCSUM) page.

    1. Select Customer Relationship Management > CRM Transactions > Field Service > Customer Summary.

      Or

    2. Search for FSCSUM or Customer summary in the Navigation box and then select Customer Summary.
      The Customer Summary (FSCSUM) page appears.

  2. Click the Activity Log tab.

  3. Click Browse on the Toolbar.
    The Browse For Customer Summary window appears.

  4. Highlight a row and click Select. Or double click the customer summary for which you want to change activity notes. Click Cancel to exit from the Browse For Customer Summary window.

  5. Make the necessary changes.

  6. Make your changes in the Notes box.

  7. Click Save on the Toolbar.
