Create service orders for customers

You create service orders to install a new part, repair or replace broken parts on machines, and provide warranty service. There are several ways to create a service order for a customer:

• Schedule automatic generation of preventative maintenance service orders
• Add a service order for a field-service kit
• Add a service order and all related information including the financial’s, the problem, actions taken on the request, parts information, and time you and the field- service technician spend on a specific service orders
