Change or remove service order information

The system allows you to change service order information as long as a field-service kit has not been installed on all machines.

To change or remove service order information

  1. Open the Field Service Control (FSORD) page.

    • Select Customer Relationship Management > CRM Transactions > Field Service> Field Service Control.

      Or

    • Search for FSORD or Field Service Control in the Navigation box and then select Field Service Control.
      The Field Service Control (FSORD) page appears.

  2. Click Browse on the Toolbar.


    The Browse For Field Service Control window appears.

  3. Highlight a row and click Select.

    Or double-click the service order for which you want to change or remove information.

    Click Cancel to exit from the Browse For Field Service Control window.

  4. Click the tab that contains the information you need to change or remove.

  5. To change information:

    1. Make your changes.
    2. Click Save on the Toolbar.
  6. To remove information:

    1. Click Delete on the Toolbar. A message, Preparing to delete this information. Are you sure? appears.

    2. Click OK to confirm removal. Click Cancel to retain the value.
