Generate production overview report

Use the Production Overview report to find potential problems in your company’s jobs. You can see how many jobs are possibly in trouble and print a list of the actual troubled jobs.

To generate troubled jobs report

  1. Open the Production Overview (PROV) page.

    1. Select Executive Information System > Overviews > Production Overview.

    Or

    1. Search for PROV or Production Overview in the Navigation box and then select Production Overview.

    The Production Overview (PROV) page appears.

  2. On the Toolbar, click Refresh. The fields are populated with most current information.

  3. Click either the Overviews-1 or Overviews-2 tab to see all the information of the overview tracks.

  4. Click Examine against the required item to view the details.

    A report appears in a new tab of the browser.

    • Click the Print icon on your browser to print the report.

      Or click the Download icon on your browser to save the report.

  5. Click Explore against the required item to drill down into an item.

    The Made2Manage Enterprise Explorer (EXPLOR) page appears.

    Use the Explorer to drill down into an item’s related documents.
