Generate breakdown of job costs graph

Use the Material, Labor and Overhead window to generate a graph that shows material, labor, and overhead costs for a job or a part.

To generate breakdown of Job Costs Graph

  1. Open the Material, Labor, and Overhead (GRML) page.

    1. Select Executive Information System > EIS Graphs > Material, Labor, and Overhead.

    Or

    1. Search for GRML in the Navigation box and then select Material, Labor, and Overhead.

    Material, Labor, and Overhead (GRML) page appears.

  2. In the Data section of the Selection Criteria tab, select the value for By field based on whether to show job costs by job order or part number or All.

  3. In the Filter dropdown, select the status value.

  4. In the Date Information section, select from the range of dates the Start Date and End Date.

  5. In the Date Range area, select from the options the date from which you want to generate the graph.

  6. Click the Graph tab to view the graph. For more information on the options available in Graph tab, see to generate graph for reports.
