New Features

End Customer Experience Mode

AppCentral now supports an End Customer (EC) Experience Mode — a purpose-built, constrained version of AppCentral designed for Partners to deliver AI Agent access directly to their End Customers. When an account is provisioned as an End Customer, AppCentral automatically applies a simplified interface focused exclusively on Agent Central.

Automatic EC Experience Detection at Login

AppCentral automatically detects whether a user belongs to an End Customer account at login and applies the constrained EC experience mode for the session. The experience is determined by the account type set in Customer Registry — no manual intervention is required.

Agent Central as Default Landing Page

For End Customer accounts, Agent Central is the default landing page on login, directing EC users immediately to the AI agent experience without routing through the standard AppCentral home screen.

Simplified Left Navigation

The left navigation is trimmed for EC accounts to show only the features relevant to End Customers:

All other navigation items are hidden for EC accounts.

All Apps Page Hidden

The All Apps page is inaccessible to End Customer accounts. Direct URL access is also blocked, preventing EC users from navigating to the page manually.

Product Tour Suppressed

The first-login Product Tour popup is suppressed for EC accounts and the “Take Product Tour” button is hidden, as the standard AppCentral product tour is not applicable to the EC experience.

User Profile Trimmed

The User Profile menu is simplified for EC accounts, removing options that are not relevant to the End Customer experience.

Notification Surfaces Hidden

The following notification-related UI elements are hidden for EC accounts:
