New Features
Workspaces — Collection-Based Organization
The Workspaces page has been redesigned with a collection-based layout, allowing users to organize their workspaces into named groups for faster navigation. Workspaces are now displayed in a grid of cards grouped by collection, with full support for pinning, custom collections, and view management.
- Workspaces are organized into predefined groups (e.g. HR, Finances, Sales) displayed as card grids.
- Pin frequently used workspaces to a dedicated “Pinned” section at the top of the page.
- Create custom named collections and add any workspaces to them.
- Use the card context menu (⋯) to add any workspace to an existing collection.
- Hide, show, and reorder collections from the “Customize view” panel.
- Search across all workspaces by name; use tabs to filter by collection.
- Per-section settings menu to reorder, hide, or delete individual collections.
Connect — Resolution Progress Tracker
A new Resolution Progress Tracker is now available in Connect, giving customers real-time visibility into the lifecycle stages of their support cases — from submission through resolution. The tracker displays a visual progress bar showing current and completed stages, available in the cases list, case detail panel, and fullscreen case view.
Note: The Resolution Progress Tracker is activated per customer via a feature flag and is OFF by default. Contact your administrator to enable this feature.
Known Limitation: The Testing stage is currently unable to retrieve accurate test date data and will be displayed as greyed out. This will be addressed in a future release.
- Resolution progress column shown in the Cases List, defaulting as the first column in column options.
- Progress tracker displayed in the right-side case detail panel view.
- Progress tracker visible in the fullscreen case detail page.
- Resolution progress data included in case data exports.
Notification Dynamic Banner
AppCentral now displays a dynamic notification banner at the top of the page. Banners are managed by administrators and can be configured with different audiences, types (informational, critical, version update), and display schedules.
- A single banner bar rotates through active notifications when multiple are active.
- Critical banners cannot be dismissed; all other banners are dismissed for the duration of the session only.
- Version update banners now read title and message from the API, replacing previously hardcoded content.
- Banners are targeted by audience and tenant.
Enhancements
Connect — Clone Case
A Clone Case button is now available in the case detail view, allowing users to quickly create a new case pre-populated with the same subject and details as an existing case.
Projects — Required Field Validation
Required field validation has been improved across Projects forms. Risk, Action, Issue, and Decision creation and edit forms now display inline validation errors immediately when required fields are left empty, providing clearer guidance before submission.
ToU & Privacy Policy Consent
AppCentral now synchronizes Terms of Use and Privacy Policy consent data when a user accepts or updates their consent, ensuring consent records are kept up to date across the platform.
