With this release, AppCentral introduces enhancements to Customer Project Access, Intelligence Studio, Intelligent Workflow, and Connect.

Customer Project Access

Gantt Chart Tab A Gantt tab is available in the Project Detail view, between the Project Details and Project Tasks tabs. It displays project tasks as a color-coded timeline with:

Filter, Search, and Sort Filter dropdowns, search, column sorting, and a refresh button are available on the Projects list page and all project tabs, including Tasks, Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, and Files.

Searchable Lookup Dropdowns Owner (Customer) lookup fields in Risk, Issue, Action, and Decision forms are searchable by typing. Project Task and Issue lookups in Risk forms, and Project Task and Risk lookups in Issue forms, are also searchable.

Created By and Last Modified By The Created By and Last Modified By fields in Risk, Issue, Action, and Decision detail drawers now display the name of the logged-in AppCentral user.

Account Detail Drawer The Account Detail drawer shows only essential fields: Account Name, Account Manager, Phone, Account Manager Email, and Billing and Shipping Addresses.

Chatter Enhancements

File Preview Clicking a file title in the Files tab opens a preview overlay with controls for downloading, viewing file details, uploading a new version, editing, deleting, and navigating between files.

Change Request Improvements

Support Cases The Status change and Escalate buttons in the Support Cases drawer have been repositioned to reduce the risk of accidental clicks.

Resolved Issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

863256The Change Request tab did not pre-select Account Change Requests or the Product Line by default. The tab now defaults to Account Change Requests, and the Product Line is automatically pre-selected when only one option is available.
817363The Change Request list did not sort by most recent first, filter controls did not match column order, and a Related Cases column was missing. These have been corrected.
749376The Status change, Escalate, and close buttons in the Support Cases screen were too close together, increasing the risk of accidental clicks. The buttons have been repositioned.
789795Customer replies in the Support Case Chatter feed were displayed as encoded text. Replies now display as readable text.
793712The Waiting on Release status was not visible in the Support Case view. The status now displays correctly.
