New Features
Intelligence Studio - Native Embedding
Intelligence Studio is now embedded natively within AppCentral, replacing the previous iframe approach. This provides a seamless, integrated experience with no secondary login prompt and no iframe-related limitations.
- Users authenticated in AppCentral are automatically signed in to Intelligence Studio with no additional credentials required.
- AppCentral permissions automatically determine Intelligence Studio access levels: Regular User, Super User, or Visitor.
- Browser navigation - including back and forward buttons, deep links, and page refresh - works correctly across all Intelligence Studio views.
- Intelligence Studio inherits the AppCentral theme (light or dark) and language settings automatically.
- The theme toggle is hidden within the embedded view; theme control is managed by AppCentral.
- Visitor-mode users see a clear read-only access indicator within the embedded view.
- All Intelligence Studio capabilities are fully accessible within AppCentral, including the Flows Dashboard, Flow Editor, Playground, Scheduler, Human-in-the-Loop approval dashboard, Skills, Settings, and Super User administration pages.
Connect AI
Connect AI is a new conversational assistant that helps users resolve product issues and create support cases. After providing resolution steps, Connect AI offers the option to create a case if the issue is unresolved. Voice input and file upload are also supported.
Enhancements
My Workspaces
Clicking My Workspaces in the left navigation pane now collapses the pane, matching the behavior of other navigation items such as Agent Central and Intelligence Studio.
Multilingual Notifications and Banners
Notifications, version updates, and promotional banners displayed in AppCentral now respect the user’s selected language.
- Version update popups, general notifications, and the Version History page display content in the user’s selected language.
- Promotional banners appear at the top of the AppCentral page in the user’s selected language, with a call-to-action button linking to the configured destination.
- Multiple banners can be displayed simultaneously and dismissed per session.
- If no content exists for the selected language, AppCentral falls back to English.
Connect - Inherited Account Applications
When creating a support case, the Application dropdown now includes applications from any inherited account configured in the Salesforce Inherit Support field, allowing users to create cases for inherited applications without switching accounts. The Application filter on the Support Cases page also includes inherited applications.
Integrations
The Integrations experience is now rendered natively within AppCentral rather than in an iframe, providing a more consistent and integrated experience.
Security
- Insecure HTTP methods (DELETE and PUT) have been restricted in Role Based Workspace. Only GET, POST, and HEAD are permitted.
- Error handling in Role Based Workspace has been improved to return user-friendly messages only. Detailed server error information is no longer exposed in the UI.
- Phone number fields in user dialogs now strip invisible Unicode characters (such as those introduced when pasting from Microsoft Teams) before validation, preventing valid numbers from being incorrectly rejected.
Performance
- The Integrations page in AppCentral loads integration data significantly faster.
