What's New in AppCentral 26.03.03
With this release, AppCentral introduces improvements to release communication, localization, Connect experience, and integration configuration. These updates improve usability, enhance localization accuracy, and streamline integration setup across the platform.
Enhancements
Release communication improvements
The new release popup experience has been improved to display release information in a clearer, interactive format. Users can more easily review updates and navigate through release information directly from the popup.
Localization improvements
German localization review and corrections: A localization review has been performed to improve German translations across AppCentral. Several system terms that were automatically translated have been corrected to ensure clarity and consistency.
Spanish and Portuguese translation improvements: Translation accuracy has been improved for Spanish and Portuguese to provide a more consistent and user-friendly localized experience.
Connect improvements
Users can now paste screenshots or copied images directly into the Support Case description field. This removes the need to save images locally before uploading.
File download functionality in Connect has been improved to ensure users can reliably download shared documents.
Integration improvements
Supported integration discovery
AppCentral now supports improved integration discovery using API-based responses. Supported integrations can be dynamically returned based on customer configuration, allowing more flexible integration availability.
Intuitive ERP integration configuration improvements
New guided configuration modals are introduced for:
- Intuitive ERP and Aptean Ship
- Intuitive ERP and AP Invoice Automation
- Intuitive ERP and Aptean Pay
These guided workflows simplify integration setup and help prevent duplicate configurations. Users can select companies, configure integration settings, review selections, and submit configurations through step-by-step modal flows.
M2M onboarding improvements
Database-level improvements were implemented to support smoother onboarding for Made2Manage (M2M) tenants.

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

| 758694 | Users were unable to download files larger than 30 MB from AppCentral. File download handling has been improved, and large files now download successfully. |
| 785898 | Editing users resulted in an error when selecting the edit option. User details can now be edited successfully without errors. |
| 738741 | Users were unable to download documents from the Documentation tab for the Sword product line. Document downloads now work as expected. |
