Enhancements

Connect — Redesigned Emails Tab

The Emails tab in Support Cases has been redesigned with a paginated card layout. Each email is displayed as a collapsible card showing sender, subject, date, and a preview of the body. Cards can be expanded to reveal the full email thread, quoted reply content, and inline attachments, improving readability for cases with long email histories.

Connect — PDF & Image Preview Overlays

Users can now preview PDF and image attachments directly within AppCentral. Other file formats remain available for download only.

Connect — Activity Post & Comment Multi-File Attachment

Users can now attach multiple files at once when posting or commenting in the Activity tab of a support case, eliminating the need to create separate posts for each attachment. (CXT Requested)

Connect — Create New Case Usability Improvements

All dropdowns in the Create New Case popup are now sorted alphabetically and include a search capability, enabling users to quickly locate the correct value in any field without scrolling through long unsorted lists.

Connect — Case Header Fields in Fullscreen Mode

The case number, subject, severity, status, and created date are now visible at the top of the Fullscreen case view, giving users immediate case context without having to navigate back to the list view.

Connect — Display Responsible Party Field in Support Cases

The Responsible Party field from Salesforce is now displayed in the support case view, giving customers clear visibility into who is responsible for resolving their case.

AppCentral now enforces per-user access restrictions based on Salesforce Contact settings:
