View a service order's actual costs

You can view the actual costs that have been recorded against the service order.

To view a service order’s actual costs

  1. Open the Field Service Control (FSORD) page.

    1. Select Customer Relationship Management > CRM Transactions > Field Service > Field Service Control.

      Or

    2. Search for FSORD in the Navigation box and then select Field Service Control.

      The Field Service Control (FSORD) page appears.

  2. On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

  3. Select More Actions > Actions > Service Order Actual Costs.

    The Service Order Actual Costs window appears.

  4. Close the window after you examine the information.
