Modify exchange rate

If you work with companies in other countries you can set up exchange rates in Made2Manage.

To modify exchange rate

  1. Open the Currency Conversion Factors (CCFACT) page.

    a. Select Utilities > Company Setup > Finance > Currency Conversion Factors.

    Or

    b. Search for CCFACT in the Navigation box and then select Currency Conversion Factors.

    The Currency Conversion Factors (CCFACT) page appears.

  2. On the Toolbar, click Browse.

    The Browse For Currency Conversion Factors window appears.

  3. Select the desired conversion factor and click Select.

    Or

    Click Cancel to exit from the Browse For Currency Conversion Factors window.

  4. To change a conversion factor:

    a. On the Toolbar, click Copy .

    b. In the Exchange Rate (factor) field, enter the new conversion factor.

    Or

    Click the calculator icon to display the Calculator and enter the required conversion factor.

    c. Type the date on which the conversion factor becomes effective in the As of Date field, enter the date on which the conversion factor becomes effective.

    Or

    Click the calendar icon to display the Calendar and select the required date.

  5. Click Save. The conversion factor is changed.
