Add a contact for a customer or prospect
Before you take orders or write quotations, set contact information for your customers and prospects.
To set contact information for a customer or prospect

Open the Account Contacts (CRMCONT) page.
a. Select Sales Management > Master Data > Account Contacts.
Or
b. Search for CRMCONT in the Navigation box and then select Account Contacts
The Account Contacts (CRMCONT) page appears.

Add a contact.
a. On the Toolbar, click New.
b. Click the Account No. lookup reference.
The Lookup For Account No. window appears.
c. Select the row that contains the required customer, and click Select.
Or double-click the row that contains the required customer.
Click Cancel to exit from the Lookup For Account No. window.
d. Type the primary contact’s name in the Last Name and First Name fields respectively.
e. In the Salutation list, select the salutation.
f. Select or clear the Primary Contact check box.

Add phone and web information.
a. In the Business Phone field, type the business phone number.
b. In the Home Phone field, type the home phone number.
c. In the Business Fax field, type the business fax number.
d. In the Mobile field, type the mobile phone number.
e. In the E-mail field, type the contact’s email address.
f. In the Web Page field, type the URL of the web page.

Add Address and Job Title information.
a. In the Address field, type the street address.
b. In the City field, type the name of the city.
c. In the State/Province field, type the state or province.
d. In the ZIP field, type the zip code.
e. Click the Country lookup reference to select the country.
f. In the Memo field, type comments about this contact.
g. Click the Job Title lookup reference to select the required job title.

On the Toolbar, click Save to keep the contact.
The Created Date/Time, Owner, Contact, Subject, From Type, From No field will be filled in with the respective details when the activity is saved. For new activities, the Modified Date field will update to show the last date and time the activity was modified, which in this case, is the same as the Created Date.
