Change or remove the salesperson associated with address
You can change or remove salespeople associated with specific customer or prospect addresses. Changing or removing the associated salesperson does not affect records for existing sales orders or quotations.
To change or remove the salesperson associated with address

Open the Account Address (CRMADDR) page.
a. Select Sales Management > Master Data > Accounts Address.
Or
b. Search for CRMADDR or Account Address in the Navigation box and then select Account Address.
The Account Address (CRMADDR) page appears.

On the Toolbar, click Browse.
The Browse For Account Address window appears.

Select a row and click Select. Or double-click the row to select.
Click Cancel to exit from the Browse For Account Address screen.

On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

Select More Actions > Actions > Associated Sales Persons.
The Associated Sales Persons (ADSLS) window appears.

To change a salesperson’s commission for this company:
a. Select the salesperson in the list box.
b. Make your changes.
c. Click Save.

To remove an association between this company and a salesperson:
a. Select the salesperson in the list box.
b. Click the Delete icon in the Action column.
A message, Are you sure you would like to delete this record? appears.
c. Click OK.
Click Cancel to retain the value.
