You can change and remove contacts for your prospects or customers.

Change a contact from a Prospect or Customer

  1. Open the Account Contacts (CRMCONT) page.

    a. Select Sales Management > Master Data > Account Contacts.

    Or

    b. Search for CRMCONT in the Navigation box and then select Account Contacts.

    The Account Contacts (CRMCONT) page appears.

  2. On the toolbar, click Browse.

    The Browse For Account Contacts window appears.

  3. Select the required contact and click Select. Or double-click the row to select.

  4. Make the required changes.

  5. Click Save.

Remove a contact from a Prospect or Customer

  1. Open the Account Contacts (CRMCONT) page.

    a. Select Sales Management > Master Data > Account Contacts.

    Or

    b. Search for CRMCONT in the Navigation box and then select Account Contacts.

    The Account Contacts (CRMCONT) page appears.

  2. On the toolbar, click Browse.

    The Browse For Account Contacts window appears.

  3. Select the required contact and click Select. Or double-click the row to select.

  4. Click Delete on the Toolbar.

    A message, Preparing to delete this information. Are you sure? is displayed.

  5. Click OK to confirm, else click Cancel.
