You may need to find the abbreviation for a state or a province.

To look for a state or province abbreviation

  1. Open the State/Province Lookup (STATE) page.

    • Select Utilities > Company Setup > System > State/Province Lookup.

      Or

    • Search for STATE in the Navigation box and then select State/Province Lookup.

      The State/Province Lookup (STATE) page appears.

  2. On the Toolbar, click Browse.

    The Browse For State/Province Lookup window appears.

  3. Select the row that contains the required country, and click Select.

    Or double-click the row that contains the required country.

    Click Cancel to exit from the Browse For State/Province Lookup window.
