Generate employee time cards report

Use the Employee Time Cards to generate blank time cards for your employees.

By default, generic filters are available to generate this report. You can use Advanced Filters to customize or expand your filter criteria. For more information about Advanced Filters, click here.

To generate employee time cards report

  1. Open the Employee Time Cards (RPTC) page.

    • Select Production Management > Production Reports > Labor > Employee Time Cards.

      Or

    • Search for RPTC or Employee Time Cards in the Navigation box and then select Employee Time Cards.

      The Employee Time Cards (RPTC) page appears.

  2. In the Selection dropdown, select the information you want to view.

  3. In the Sort Order section, select how to sort the report.

    The Sort On field is populated based on the order selected in the Sort Order list.

  4. In the Layout dropdown, select the layout in which you want to view the report.

    The Layout field is populated based on the type of report selected in the Selection field.

  5. In the Other Variables section, enter the value in the Number of Copies field.

  6. Click Run Report on the Toolbar.

    Select Open now to open the report in a new tab or select Notify when Complete to get notification. You can open the downloaded report from My Reports page.
