View the most recent, completed engineering change order number for a part

An Engineering Change Order (ECO) is a record that stores the information about engineering changes you select to manage. You can view the ECO number for a part’s most recent ECO with Completed status.

To view the most recent, completed engineering change order for a part

  1. Open the Item Master (INV) page.

    1. Select Production Management > Master Data > Item Master.

      Or

    2. Search for INV or Item Master in the Navigation box and then select Item Master..
      The Item Master (INV) page appears.

  2. On the Toolbar, click Browse.

    The Browse For Item Master window appears.

  3. Select a row and click Select. Or, double-click the item and revision whose most recent, completed ECO number you want to know.
