Specify access permissions for ECOAPP page
You must identify the users who have permissions to modify the parameters in the Approval Maintenance List (ECOAPP) page.
To setup access permissions for the Approval Maintenance List (ECOAPP) page

Open the User Management (USER) page.

Select Utilities > Maintenance > User Management.
Or

Search for USER or User Management in the Navigation box and then select User Management.
The User Management (USER) page appears.

Select the user:

On the Toolbar, click Browse.
The Browse For User Management window appears.

Double-click user or select the user and click Select.

On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

Select More Actions > Actions > Permission.
The User Permissions screen displays. -
In the Permissions area, scroll-down and select ECOAPP and select the appropriate check boxes.

Click Grant All on the child toolbar to assign all permissions.
Allow only the members of the Super User group to View, Add, Edit, Delete, Approve, or Change Status on the ECOAPP page.

On the Toolbar, click Save.
