Setup the default email recipients for Master ECO status change

Use the Email Recipients for ECO Status (ECOEM) page to select recipients of email notification for each status change of the Master engineering change orders (ECOs).

To setup the default email recipients for Master ECO status change

  1. Open the Email Recipients for ECO Status (ECOEM) page.

    • Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Quality > Engineering Change Management > Email Recipients for ECO Status.

      Or

    • Search for ECOEM in the Navigation box and then select Email Recipients for ECO Status.

      The Email Recipients for ECO Status (ECOEM) page appears.

  2. In the Select Status area, select the status.

  3. Select the check box in the Select column of the recipient grid for each recipient you want to include for the status change.

  4. On the grid toolbar, select the Select check box to select all listed recipients.

  5. On the Toolbar, click Save to save the changes.

    Or, click Cancel to exit.
