Complete the following two steps to successfully ship items to a customer site for field service.

To ship field service items to a customer site

  1. Add a shipper.

    How do I do this?

    Field Service component serial numbers must be assigned either on the service order or the shipper before you can change its service order status to Shipped.

  2. Set the shipper to shipped status.
