Make a cycle counting rule active or inactive

If a cycle counting rule is active, the items that satisfy the rule appear on the cycle counting worksheets. If a rule is inactive, the items that satisfy it do not appear.

To make a cycle counting rule active

  1. Open the Cycle Count Selection Rules (PHYCCR) page.

    • Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Inventory > Physical Inventory > Cycle Count Selection Rules.

    Or

    • Search for PHYCCR or Cycle Count Selection Rules in the Navigation box and then select Cycle Count Selection Rules.

    The Cycle Count Selection Rules (PHYCCR) page appears.

  2. Click Browse on the Toolbar.

    The Browse For Cycle Count Selection Rules window appears.

  3. Highlight a row and click Select. Or, double-click the rule.

    Click Cancel to exit from Browse For Cycle Count Selection Rules window.

  4. Click the Status button and select the appropriate status for the document.
